Lambies!
Please excuse me, my brain is mushy. Two twelve hour shifts, running my ass 'cause it's still all so new... I'm just glad one of my patients was on radiation isolation, so all I had to do was pop my head in every so often to chat. Yesterday right before shift change I got into a great conversation with another patient, about hospice and making plans for dying and how everyone in her family was dealing with it. It's like a little blessing, to be able to talk to someone like that. But it's hard. Kinda draining.
Got home Wed. just in time to see JC on the Latin Music Awards. Yummy. He's really got that dark-suit-pink-shirt thing down, no? Too bad they always make them do such terrible jokes. How original, making fun of the someone who doesn't speak spanish. But I noticed JC's pronunciation of Juanes' name & record title were pretty good. I like to think of that as a snarky little dig, a la Lance.
Finally watched the Atlantis Satellite Feed. (Big giant shout out to Bruce at nsyncland for the dvds!) So fucking cute! I treasure the moment when Chris calls JC an idiot. The most surprising thing, though, was how friendly Lance & Justin are with each other. I mean, they're, like, all buddied up, whispering things to each other, looking at each other, leaning on each other's chairs. I started out with lambs as a favorite pairing, back in the day. I still love a well done lambs fic, but I guess I thought they weren't all that friendly in reality. This was a nice surprise.
James! And Wes! That's all I have to say about that. Except, I love the look they gave each other at the end, very flirty and challenging:

"Where?"
"I don't know."
"Okay."
