(no subject)
I dunno what I'm writing today, but I thought that I should should write something so those of you who don't check your emails or don't write me or I don't write don't think I've fallen off the bottom side of the planet and gone missing. (that'll be the entire week next week :D)
Either way, life is good, I've fallen into this really bad habit of watching movies and reading manga instead of more productive activities, like summer reading. I figure i have my afternoon plane rides and hotel room evenings without a computer next week for that, don't I now?
Also, looking for music is very much fun, but sifting through all of it and deciding if I like the songs or not is a pain, since half the time I'm not paying attention and later decide that i really hate the music I got.
The LC/MS machine was very impressive though (for those of you who haven't heard me go on about this thing... well.. I think that's most people who know me, LC stands for Liquid chromatography and MS is mass spectrometer. AP chem kids might remember the book talking about this, it's there, I swear, I read it >__>). Both in terms of price and the stuff it has. I have to say, I expected using it to be more interesting, as opposed to having to sit in front of the computer screen and looking at all the runs and comparing peaks an such... Okay, and I should stop there.
but yeah, life has been good, mostly. I guess I could always imagine a better time, but hey, it's not what you ask for, it's what you get.
I hope all of you are having a great summer, and to those of you who've just gotten back, welcome back to the states... and have fun adjusting back down to the "INYOFACE!" (thanks Mitty) place we all love!
