(no subject)
So there's lots of stuff going on in life right now. Lots of weird stuff really, but there's some stuff that is first and foremost on my mind.
My second, other, new, what-have-you family (for pete's sake, the meloches :p I'll be one of em soon enough) is going through a lot. Dan's mom just had heart surgery about two weeks ago for her heart valve and it went really good. She's at home and on a speedy recovery which is always a good thing. However, Dan's grandma isn't so hot. They found a spot on her lung not too long ago and after doing some digging found that it had spread to her lymphnodes. They're going to start her on Chemo and Radiation here shortly. I'm praying for the best and if your reading this, shoot a line up to Jesus and have a talk for me too please. We need all the prayers and support we can get to overcome this battle.
Beyond family.... I'm looking for jobs. I'm actually going to apply with CFC as a field person up in Michigan after I move. I'm hoping to get the job seeing as they really have no reason NOT to hire me. You never know though. If not well... I guess I just get job hunting even more.
When I'm not busy with work and the love of my life? I'm writing. I started writing again and I've been loving it. I'm finally getting all these stories that have been stuck up in my head down on paper and into some form of a savable document. I'm also doing my darndest to spend time with my parents and keep myself sane. Its hard, it really is....
Dan will be down here in a little over a week and i'm super excited! can't wait till he gets here. Hopefully people will want to hang out (Composie, Maestro?.... Applebee's my darlings?). We're looking forward to a fun week and a half :)
