New Revolutionary film coming out!
There's going to be a new French Rev film, Un Peuple et son Roi (due probably next year)! I'll be interested to see how it handles the characters, but it's refreshing to see they've been cast as (correctly) mostly young. Mind, I'm somewhat amused that even the King and Georges D. have been made considerably more attractive than in reality! In the pics on the page to which I linked, L to R, the first 3 are the King, Max (he'll do, but still not as delicately winsome as the original!) and Jean-Paul (whom, thanks to Hark! A Vagrant! I now picture being struck down while playing with a flotilla of rubber ducks…).
