Smiling through...
I went to the 'drop in' at Yarrow View this evening, and explained about my current family/work difficulties. One of the advisors asked me if my coping methods were still working for me, and I was able to assure her they are. A lot gets said and written about the importance of "special interests", but for me, one of their most vital functions is to provide an internal refuge into which I can think myself, and then emerge, refreshed.
