Damn
How nice. We have no water. And it's sttill extrememy hot here. Apparently, a pipe broke somewhere near, and the whole area has no running water. And it's not going to be fixed soon--tomorrow morning at the earliest.
We took a fast trip, the bf and I, to the store around the corner, and they were almost sold out on bottled water. Those who came in as we left would find only empty shelves.
I need a frakking shower. At least I did two loads of laundry yesterday, so we have clean clothes until tomorrow.
On top of everything, our resident Feline Overlord Miss Pilala, who's fat and lazy and spoiled, thought it a good idea to go and annoy a stink bug. It went as well as you can imagine. She got sprayed, then she panicked, then the bf panicked that his spoiled cat would get blind or something, and guess who's the one who chased her around the house to wipe the stink off? Yours trully, ie the one who hasn't had a decent shower yet.
