Dear State of Washington,
I realize that you have a huge meth problem and are trying to do something about this, for which I commend you. But it's a completely ridiculous measure that it takes 15 minutes and everything short of an FBI background check just to buy a box of Sudafed. Wouldn't just limiting purchase quantities be enough?
