Anyways ... need help. I'm part of an X'mas party a few of my coworkers and I put together every year and this year, someone decided each of us are to bring one item of food to the party. I'm in charge of dessert. So, I thought to make chocolate cupcakes. Since kids like chocolate, I thought it'd be safer than making something different like eggnog or gingerbread cupcakes.
The problem is I'm not a big fan of chocolate so I have no chocolate baking recipes. When I looked online, I found a gazillion different recipes. Some with sour cream. Even one with mayo.
Do you guys have any chocolate cupcake recipes that you found successful?
