muji love

I love walking through Muji. It's one of the things I do after I get off work. Walk to my closest Muji store and look around at their blissfully minimalist white, beige, black and gray world. All in lovely organized fashion. There are somethings I actually buy from there. Because I want my world as organized as theirs

hahaha. muji always makes me feel inadequate. i love walking through there and just basking in the uniformity... but then i always feel like i'm sullying up the place with my hoarder vibe. ^_~

It's insane how organized they are. I wish my world is like that. I saw online that Muji designed a whole house somewhere in Japan and crazily enough ... I wanted to live there!

I discovered Muji only a few years ago, and I don't go there that often, but I know it's the place to go whenever I need handy, practical, compact accessories or travel items.

I found their spray bottles are great, too as they actually work. I've bought so many that just don't spray properly. I have way too many Muji things. I think the people who work there must recognize me. I live too close to one of their stores.

I didn't even know you had a new flat! What else is new with you?

Oh yeah. I moved only last month. Old landlady hiked my rent and I couldn't stand her so I moved. I just moved up a few floors from my old place and have been busily packing, unpacking and getting everything replugged in again. I've been busy looking at curtains as my new flat doesn't have any. I got a really good deal for custom made roman blinds at this one area of town that sells a lot of wholesale fabric. It was cheaper by 70% than the rest of Hong Kong. Had them made and put up. And I had some place make me a cute little address sign to hang outside my door. So, that's basically all that is new. Just spending time walking around home decor places and thinking of pretty things to decorate my new flat.

Everything else has been the same. Mostly swamped with work. The boy seems to be doing ok. He's just been doing a lot of overtime lately.
