DaVinci Code isn't as bad as you think..
Well, i've just finished "The DaVinci Code" by Dan Brown. It's not nearly as bad as people made it out to be. All the hype and freaking out really wasn't that worth it. Oh, don't get me wrong, i loved the book, but it wasn't nearly as "oh no!!!" as people were making it out to be. I mean, for god sakes, it's a FICTION NOVEL. And a very good one.
I'm reading Angels and Demons now - aparently this came BEFORE davinci code, but i didn't read it until after. It's about the Iluminati. And yet noone has had a shit-fit about this book yet. *sigh*
I've also figured out how to crochet "granny squares" - i got some nice yarn that i was planning on using for a different project, but i was bored last night and started playing with it...and it's evolved into my first ever granny square. I'll have to go find the camera tomorrow and try to find a picture. It's "cream" and "light sage" - very cool colors...
