It's been a while...
it's been quite a while since i updated. not as long as some people, but long enough.
Le Car is doing voodaful. Eventually i'll get the battery on dad's camera charged and i'll get some actual photos of it for those who want to see it's coolness.
My fish are doing nicely too - the ones that are still alive. I've lost 4 fish....and i don't know why. I still have three platies and my bettas, and of course the snails. Of course the molly babies are still alive and kicking, but are still too small to put into the tank, so they're in mr. bill's spare bowl until they've grown up enough not to get eaten.
Work is work. It's not great, but it's not horrible...yet. One of the girls who was in my accounting classes during college works there now - she started tuesday. it was funny when they said her name, i thought "oh i know a darcy, wouldn't it be funny if it were the same one."
When i found out it was the same one, i laughed.
We're in the same department, but different sub-departments. It's all finance, but she does bank stuff and i do gross profit stuff.
Heath is still alive and kicking. He's borrowing my phone until he gets his own phone situated...which has taken a month so far, but he'll have it done soon.
The rats are all still alive......and stinky. The big cage needs to be changed - that's tomorrow's job.
Tonight's job is to relax. working in the real world is hard work, and i can't ever wait for the weekends to show up. tomorrow is mel's soccer game and then i might go to heath's to watch a movie - depending on how late we get back. i have a feeling we'll have plenty of time.....i had better have my car. dad is most likely taking it to use for his EMT test because his jeep is in North Carolina for a while. He's supposed to be there too, but he's up for the weekend to take the test, then back down until October-ish.
Ok, so now that i've filled in the very few blanks that there were, i'm going to go back to doing nothing productive.
Productivity is a week-day thing. It's friday night, and i'm pooped.
