My 4-Day Birthday Weekend
I'm finally getting around to writing about my birthday, so here it is.
On Thursday, Craig woke me up with a massage and made me breakfast. We spent the entire day together (with the exception of when he went to work) and took quite the trip to the liquor store. It was fabulous. He made me dinner and we watched the 2 hour Grey's Anatomy. I got another massage before we went to bed. :)
On Friday, I had lunch with mom and Sara (no margaritas at Jose Peppers though) and Jamie came to Lawrence for coffee in the evening. She finally met Craig too!
Saturday, I cleaned like a mad-woman. Ryan and Megan took us out for dinner at Local Burger, which is my new favorite place in Lawrence. We went to Henry's and FINALLY people started showing up. We went back to my place around 10:30 and Matt started a drinking game (which I would have rather not played). Everyone left by 2 am and I didn't spend the evening praying to the porcelain god!! YAY!
Sunday, my dad and family took Craig and me out to Waldo Pizza, my new favorite pizza joint in KC(ish).
All in all, it was fabulous!!! And, I didn't even get carded (except for the liquor store).
