at the show
I got up kinda early and took my car to the place by my old house. It worked fine. I just really think I need and oil change/fluids/tune up and all that. I waited for them to do that. My mom picked me up and bought us a microwave, YAY, and then took me out to lunch after I got my check. We had Wendy's. It was ok, not worth 10 bucks though. and being stared at by coke addictish looking person, who bought a LOT of food. She dropped me off. Kyle's mom came over. She brought him cake. She then took me to pick up my car. I first got in it and it sounded like shit, and was almost stalling. And a clicking noise in my tire randomly. It sounded as if it was a motorcycle, or lawnmower...not the nice soothing vroom. I got a couple blocks away and stopped, eventually taking it back. His mom said it sounded like when her cars spark plugs weren'y hitting. Sure enough I had a bad wire. He put a used one in adn I was on my way. It seemed to be fine. I didn't go over 40, but it shifted and overdrive actually made a difference. SO hopefully that is better.
Came home, waited for Lauren to call/come. She came over around 6:30 something, amused Kyle for like 10 minutes, and were off to her house. I got to see the secret again. And try it. mmm. Left for the show a little before 8. Got Starbucks and walked over. Had our drinks outside, and while we were waiting Gena called out my name. I went over and talked to her. Her boyfriend asked if we had tickets, and then proceeded to hang me theirs. They got special wristbands and the other tickets for free I think. So score for us! Free show. At least I got my moneys worth. When we are standing outside we hear 2 of the last 3 songs of some band. We are thinking how much they kinda suck, and that it is probably Off by One. I used to go to highschool with him and it is just hilarious in general. And his hair tonight was even better. So we go around to the front and realize that Jason(another guy I used to go to school with) is the drummer. AND the ONLY other person in the band. AHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAAAA. We're guessing he kicked them out and asked Jason to play. Or he didn't tell his bandmates about the show, and just told Jason. Either was it was funnnnnay. then <3LTL<3. Their new singer is pretty good. It is no Jon, but what can we do? I just want to hear him sing solo anyways, he doesn't really need music. I wish they played old songs. The singer did remind me lots of Jon sometimes, so yay for that. Some other 'mexican' band played. AND then Homegrown. I knew a couple songs, I don't think I got their last album or something. So it was cool. I think me and Lauren could of been in the top 7 for oldest people there. Top 5 not counting parents and band memebers/crew. Erock made an appearence too. We were going to follow him home, but I don't want him to not want to be near me ever again. Agent will be making musi soon. weee. And 51 Guns is Erock and Mikey and some of Pivit. weeeeee.
