Cooking attempt #1:
Recipe: Fried egg sandwich
Location: my kitchen
Supervisor: Mom
I heat the pan and crack the first egg into the saucer. I lift up the saucer to put the egg into the pan, get distracted, the saucer tips and the egg falls onto the counter. It then proceeds to ooze its way the counter, down the cabinets, and onto the rug in front of the stove, my mom trying to catch it with her hands all the while. I start laughing uncontrollably, Mom keeps telling me it's not funny and laments about how she will get the egg out if the carpet.
Lesson learned: Next time, crack the egg into a bowl.
This does not bode well.
