Go Christine go!! It's amazing what a difference it makes when you change your activity levels. You can still eat normally and eat the things you crave/want/must have if you're being active. High five!
Thanks :) I definitely feel better emotionally (and physically) being more active. I don't mind that sore feeling from working out too... that used to bug me but now I feel like, well I'm seeing results and they're worth it so it's okay!
