There are times when a second, a comment, a sigh can bring about a set back... a need to step back. Turned around to look back in time and  realised how life has changed so much in a blink... so much that  my own past seems to be that of a stranger's.

One incident, one word, one breath, one moment... it can make such a vast difference... can twist your life by degrees and place you some where you don't know.
