This is going to be my workout/food journal. Might as well right? It'll make me more aware of what im eating and doing and make any adjustments I need to! Just a note, I drink lots o water throughout the day, so im not going to mention that
Im going to start off by posting yesterdays stuff.
FRIDAY
1030-Slice of Toast w/ cottage cheese on top
1:30-whole can of veggi and noodle soup(theres not much in a can! even if it IS two servings!
Handful of oyster crackers
One string cheese(rippped up into my soup. YUM)
6:00- Huge slice of pizza with mushrooms
five broccoli n cheese poppers
diet coke
9:00-Small cotton candy ice cream with blue raspberry dip top
10:00-A raspberry Smirrinof ice.
Not really any workout. But, I did go to a few friends high school grad and walked around for awhile talking to people. That should count as SOMEthing :-P
