If you have experience discrimination because of your LGBT status at work, the National Center for Transgender Equality wants to know. Submitted stories will be used to support their efforts for the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA).
A documentary came out last year titled She Should Have Gone to the Moon. Review at the F-word about training up and being determined better suited, only to be excluded from the space program by the Powers that Be because it just wouldn't be right to them if the first human in space were a woman. Apparently it has some shortcomings, but I think I'll have to try to see the film. (via i_amy)
