dinner tonight: salmon with sesame-ginger teriyaki marinade, on top of a bed of quinoa, with sauteed kale.

how to: one large fillet of salmon, soaked overnight in marinade (i used stonewall kitchen's), bake at 375 for about 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily. sprinkle with white dried sesame seeds. use 2 cups water to 1 cup quinoa (rinse thoroughly to get rid of the bitter coating), stick in your rice cooker and wait about half an hour until it's done. chop fresh kale and saute in olive oil with garlic and french shallots. enjoy!
