Up too early on a gig day - couldn't be helped, just awake. Lots going on. Tempted now that oryctolagus is back in work to possibly go and see Nigel Glocker playing in Saxon, supporting Motorhead at the Colston Hall in November. That would be awesome but there is a severe lack of cash and due to missing kit I have to replace a headset mike and in ear monitoring system. So, no joy there. But the thought was good.
244 words extra on the second book yesterday based on an idea I had from being assaulted two weeks ago. Better off in the creativeRace as opposed to the RatRace. The first editing of the book is nearly complete and I'd like to send it off to the publisher to see if I'm worthy of being printed. Probably not but at least I've done it. Everyone has a novel inside them (apparently). I just C sectioned mine out. If they don't want to publish it I think I know enough people who do art (looking at you again Jason) and an online vanity press that would not hurt from some self publication on my part. I'm sure the universe wouldn't implode if I did that.
Creativity is so damn joyful. Anyways - Gig thisevening in Burton-upon-Trent at the Appleby. Radio interview on Fadeout on this weekend. God I feel tired already.
