My titles are on repeat I swear.
I'm listening to the WoW soundtrack, it's beloved.
I saw the most gorgeous skirt last night, if it hadn't been $50 I would have snatched it up without a thought. I have an obsession with gypsies, the attire and mindset fascinates me, and fashion seems to have taken a hint of gypsy preferences up. The scarves, skirts, loose fitting dancer's clothes...oooh yeah. Wish I had tons of money to buy it all. Well, the scarves I buy. I want to get three, lay them on top of one another, tie it tightly around my head and then braid it down my back like one would real hair. Just need to find a good set first.
I finished that necklace I started in Florida. It's pretty, summery, and hangs nicely on me. I'm glad I splurged on the 24K toggle clasp, now I can wear it all day.
Buses on Sundays are rather unhelpful. It's basically one an hour until 9am, but when work starts at 9am you're stuck on the 8:30am getting there early.
Whee. August will be so quiet for me at home. Grace and Chelsea, my two post-grad roommates are moving out. So it's Jenni and me by ourselves while the two new roommates pay rent but won't be coming until September. I'm gone most of the day and she has no hobbies so it will be interesting ater on when she's bored as hell and I'm exhausted. Ah well. We're thinking of making some traditions in time for the new roommies to get here. Both of us are excited because like me, all of her friends left after the semester she met them.
Last night was bad for sleeping. I just got my upper ears pierced and I usually sleep on my side but geh...I tossed and turned and squeaked in pain every time I rolled over an earring. I figure I should get all my new piercings fairly soon and get the pain over with than draw them out over a few months and just have painful ears for the next year. Ooh I can't wait until I get to change them all into hoops and whatever else I devise.
Who wrote an essay entitled 'Advice to a Young Man on choosing a Mistress'?

It amuses me so much because I've been in situations similar. The phrase "way to _____" sparks softball nostalgia and makes me smile as well.
I have to do the walk-through on my house for the new landlord. What a tiring and dull process where we point out all that is inefficient and argue about usefulness. Like my door handle. Which must get changed. Before she comes I must clean like mad. Throw everything into the closet and under the bed. Except my beading which remains on the floor in strategic locations to capture the eye. You never know when you'll get a potential buyer.
