dear sir,
I regret to inform you that my Virgin Mobile phone is missing.
I am a proud employee of Wegmans; I work at the Ridge-Culver branch. As you may have heard the power went out at that store this Friday. My Virgin Mobile phone came in very handy, because of its flashlight feature. With its aid I was able escape from my closet-like department and out onto the main floor where there was more light. Sadly, I shoved my phone into jacket-pocket. The pocket is very shallow. A minute later the phone was gone. My mother tried calling the phone repeatedly from home. I fear that I'd left the phone on vibrate. Fellow employees helped me search the store for it. We retraced my steps for the better part of an hour, but to no avail. The phone has not been turned in at the service desk. I only hope someone finds it when the power comes back on.

But....

Now I come to the point, the phone is missing, can I have a replacement for free?
