E-Lot is now entirely devoted to reserved parking with no chance of coming back to the light. E-Lot switched over to the dark side the morning of halloween time. When I got to campus at 8 am I noticed the unusual amount of available parking spaces in the last row and pulled in. After class, when I returned to the car to pick up Claire at MCC there was a pretty yellow paper under my windshield wiper blade waiting for me.
Today, the very kind man in the office wrote my parking ticket off as a warning. Maybe he sensed my inner vulnerability and read the desperation in my eyes. Maybe he saw in my demeanor that rit was draining me of all resources: emotional, spiritual, and monotary.
Maybe he writes off every 'first offence of the year' ticket that's brought to his attention.
If he didn't write off that ticket then I would've paid RIT 90 dollars for parking offences, no speeding tickets, just parking offences
