(no subject)
Whoops. I've been neglecting my poor journal! :O
As usual, I've been terribly busy. Finished my Gynaecology internship last week (8.5/10~! :D) and now have 2 weeks off, which is great. I'm a bit bored at the moment, though; it seems as though with holidays comes the 'I want to do something but I don't feel like doing anything'- feeling, leading to ZERO productivity. :( Useless, days like these. I'm obviously dying to feel some sunlight on my poor white skin. I need a vitamin D boost!
On a good note; tonight, I'll play my first badminton game in a year. I've decided to join the team, instead of trying to build everything around my internships and think about how difficult they make it for me to do social things during the weekday evenings. I'm just gonna go and play. Screw being tired! :D I want to have a life outside of my med school life, too! We'll see how it goes tonight. I'm horribly out of shape... :/
I'm now sitting here in front of my computer with "On the Road" by Jack Kerouac before me. I thought I should read it since it's a classic; no idea if I'll like it. What are your opinions?
