Yay!
Today I woke up and realized that I love my job and I need to figure out better "me" time management to avoid burnout. Then I met with the owners and had my 3 month review. I was very nervous. The short version is they went on and on about me and how happy they were with me. How hard working I am, and how willing to be flexible in a choatic environment and still get tons accomplished. They then asked me if I felt ok with a successive raise system that will see me with a 30% raise by year end. 12% now, 8% in 4 months, and 10% in 4 months after that.
Uh, yeah. Wow.
