Birthday Cheescake

Last night and continuing into this morning I made two lime margarita cheesecakes for my oldest friend's 40th birthday party today. She is allergic to wheat so I made a crust with nuts, cornflakes, sugar, butter and lime zest. It tasted great on the spoon and baked into a crunchy cookie like texture so I'm hopeful.
