Modern, recently decorated Town Centre Flat with Garden. Fully fitted stainless steel kitchen, with Smeg cooker, Smeg washer/dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Nice size bathroom with modern bath/sink/toilet. Shower over bath. Large living area with bay windows (though currently lacking sofas - but theres beanbags!)
Single bedroom available, with fitted wardrobe. Is large enough to accomodate a double bed (though may better suit a 3/4 bed instead) but there is plenty of room around the flat for storage or whatnot. I can produce photos upon request (and obviously you'll be able to view the flat before making any final decision as well)
If you're interested, there's a few more things you need to know first. You MUST be in a full time (secure) job (unfortunately the letting agents won't accept if you are currently unemployed or have a job through an agency etc)
If you drive, there is unfortunately no parking available at the flat, though permits are obtainable from the council for parking at the nearest carpark (the one near derngate, St John's I think?) Last I knew it was about £50 per year, though don't quote me on that.
And you must be reasonably tidy, and happy to do your share of the housework. (No, I'm far from being a Monica, but it's a gorgeous flat and I'd like to keep it that way)
