This is what I learnt... (thanks to my wonderful wolfy_codex

Floccinaucinihilipilification... it means 'the act of valuing something as worthless' and is famed for being one of the most pointlessly long words in English.
It was invented as more or less a joke at Eton, incorporating elements and the correct rules of Latin. Flocci, nauci, nihili and pili meaning 'at little value' in Latin + fication (the act of).

There, I bet you really needed to know that!
