Willing to Settle?
What would you say if a good friend told you that she is willing to marry a man that she knows is not right because she would rather marry the wrong person then take the chance of never getting married? I gave the answer that I think most of us would give "You will find the right person. You just have to give it time." I would like to apologize for this untrue and entirely cliche` answer. The truth is I don't know if my friend will ever find "Mr. Right." I don't even know if someday down the road Mr. sorta right would turn out to be the man of her dreams. What I do know is that each and every person deserves to have their dreams and settling for less will only lead to years of unhappiness. So, unless your heart is telling you that this is undoubtedly the man I want to spend the rest of my life with; please do not settle.
