Hey love turkey?
Anyway we make turkey like thanksgiving meals several times a year, generally we save the bones and extra meat for soup, however we had just had turkey soup less then a week ago. SOOO i decided to try something new, i tossed the bones, and saved a bunch of gravy.
SO tonight to use the leftovers i made the following,
I made more gravy, thickened it up really nicely, flavored it to my liking, then added the turkey meat, freash peas and chopped carrots. Then i made some noodles and that was it.
It took me about 10 minutes to make the entire meal from leftovers and was SOOO good. I mean literally, it was easy to eat, easy to digest, and really tastey.
We all enjoyed it.
Brennan ate a bunch. so i figured i would share the quick and easy recipie. :)
