Today is a good day!
I have my new laptop!!!!! It arrived a couple of days earlier than I expected and it is so shiny! Now I just have to give it a name. Any suggestions are welcome.
I also just saw X-Men First Class and it was awesome and I could listen to James McAvoy for ever, although there was one thing that really pissed me off. Guess which character dies first? Yep, it was Darwin, the only black guy in the cast. I was not amused but since he was the only one that I hadn't heard of before, it didn't surprise me.
I'm also beginning to get an inkling of the previously completely incomprehensible appeal of Michael Fassbender to half of my f-list, he was great as Magneto and I predict a massive upsurge in Magneto/Prof X in the wake of the movie.
I loved Mystique in this and I liked the way her relationship with Hank McCoy (poor chap) set up her future relationship with Magneto..
