(no subject)
There will be an icon post very soon. Putting it together is funny because looking at that folder is like taking a tour of all the fandoms I've obsessed over in the last year (except for one, which didn't have pretty enough images associated with it). I am a complete fandom butterfly - I get completely obsessed with something for however long it takes me to exhaust all the source or the fanfic and then I'm on to the next thing. However, I never really lose interest in a fandom, so I still click on interesting links for the older fandoms. I just won't be reading everything that I can get my hands on.
Everyone loves Nightwing: I picked up Supergirl: Identity completely at random from the library and I was amused to discover that it contains an issue where Supergirl tries to join the Outsiders and has an enormous crush on Nightwing (I mean, who wouldn't?)

Kara's doodle is so ridiculously adorkable and teenagery and make me giggle and I love Nightwing's facepalm!
The rest of the trade is patchy and I'm certainly not a fan of the whole Cassandra Cain (Batgirl) being evil plot-line or the Powerboy thing. I did like Boomer and I thought the artwork in the issue pencilled by Amanda Conner was very cute and cartoony.
I badly need to buy a clothes airer so I don't end up festooning every doorway and radiator in the house with my washing. I've been procrastinating because I have two perfectly good airers in the attic at my parents' house, but no practical way to get them to Oxford. I've bought about five of the things since I first went to university and I don't know what keeps happening to them but I don't want to but another one.
