Five Times Copper Didn't Get His Hair Cut by pearbean. Trapper/Copper. PG.
It is a recurring "joke" in the books that Gimlet keeps ordering Copper to have his hair cut. Copper's excuses are many and varied, this is the reason pearbean likes to imagine. Adorable Trapper/Copper fic which made me look the Gimlet books with different eyes.

I've just finished watching Glorious 39 and it was wonderful. It is a beautifully written, stunningly shot thriller set just before the outbreak of the Second World War. The cast is wonderful - Romola Garai, Jeremy Northam, David Tennant, Julie Christie and Bill Nighy among others. I'd never heard of it before and I would recommend it highly.
