1. Reply to this post, & I will pick six of your icons.
2. Make a post (including this info) & talk about the icons I chose.
3. Other people can then comment to you and make their own posts.
4. This will create a never-ending cycle of icon glee.

Just because I finally have enough icons to make this meme possible

books
no rest for the wicked, by me
Back when I only had six icons to play with I tried to make my icons multipurpose. I wanted an icon of old leather bound books and I wanted icons of Dean. I believe it is a still from Episode 2:16 No Rest for the Wicked but I really don't remember that scene. I didn't manage to get the candle to glow in quite the way I wanted so I may have to rework it with my improved icon skillz.

spn:ava, spn:women of supernatural
ava by obaona
I have a weakness for black and white icons and I found this one during my quest for icons of female characters from Supernatural. I didn't find enough so I started making them myself. Ava was hilarious and I was very sad when she was killed.

glee: rachel
I fell head over heels for the Glee pilot. This is from the promo photgraphs and makes me smile with the bright colouring and Rachel's enormous grin. I'm looking forward to the rest of the series and I hope it lives up to its potentitial.

Kirk and McCoy, BFFs! I was as surprised as everyone else who came out the Star Trek reboot shipping them instead of Kirk/Spock. It is probably all Karl Urban's fault.

comics, i blame debi
created by innerbrat
Because many many things are apparently Debi's fault. In particular my interest in DC comics. This is from Birds of Prey and I chose this version because Dinah is awesome and Batman is awesome. Although I'm not entirely sure if they are awesome together...

just a girl
parminder nagra, by me
This was the result of my quest for an icon of someone who looked something like me (I wish I was that pretty) who was connected to something I was a fan of. I don't watch many things with actors of South Asian origin. I adored Bend it Like Beckham. In the days before I started going to the cinema on my own, I dragged my Dad to see Bend it Like Beckham. It was the first film that I didn't feel guilty about it making him watch it afterwards. Indian people! Football! Friendship! Humour! Romance! And the difficulty of the pull of family traditions versus what you really want to do.
