boston bound
i should probably post a REAL update.
i went home this weekend for keith's calling hours. the funeral was monday morning, which i wasn't able to go to. it was very sad, and i wish i could have seen more of josh or been able to do something for him. i don't know what, of course, but something. i did get to see daphne and barb, and we got to see barb's daughter, so that was a good thing. plus i got a really cute tank top to take with me to boston, so score!
ahh, boston - i leave tomorrow! i'm so excited! i'm going to take lots of pictures, which i'll put up on flickr when i get home. i talked to erica raber today and we are for sure meeting up while i'm there, so i'm really excited about that too. not to mention all the free goodies i'll be getting! it's erica paradise!
the summer reading club is in full swing at the library, and i'm very happy that i have 3 days off! all the crazies (and their kids) have been coming out of the woodwork and into my library - and driving us all nuts in the process. i've had my fill of crazy people for the summer, thank you very much. it's time for a break. on a more happy note, miranda is working as our summer reading assistant, which has been really cool! i'm excited that she'll be with us for the summer.
alright, time for bed. i have a flight to catch tomorrow!
