She is, but it's also up to her to decide. Don't worry. The Doctor will actually stop acting like an idiot in this series... Eventually...

This was sweet, and I like how you focused on the D/R relationship and not Rose being jealous or Reinette angst...

I think there are enough of those out there and I'm trying to avoid angst as much as possible in this little series until we get to a certain point...

Oh I love this! So wonderfully written, and the relationship between Rose and the Doctor just makes my heart ache-- in the good way!

Gah! That was perfect. Perfect!
How I wish this was how that episode ended- you wrote it so, so well.
I loved how the TARDIS made it so Rose could have some time for herself before the Doctor found her.
And when he did- those last lines you wrote, ugh!- fantastic. Absolutely fantastic, and so in character, really.
He is still not able to name that emotion of love, but nonetheless, having it still be so obvious, still feeling it.

"It was an unspoken promise of forever."

Beautiful line!

I firmly believe the TARDIS loved Rose unlike any other, just like her pet (lol, we all know who's really in charge in the Doctor/TARDIS relationship ;) ).

I'm very glad to hear you thought it was all in character. That last line gives me all sorts of feels too. :)
