Wind, hog, coughs and kitchens

It's been so windy here, yesterday when I let Summer out I noticed that one of the fence panels in our garden had broken. It's not actually our fence though. The guy who owns the fence (and adjoining garden) spoke to me and said he was fixing it. But as of tonight it's still down, and the next one has come down now too. Which is awkward with the dog.

I think Basil was moving around in his hutch outside last night. Michael saw his foot. I had a quick look in his sleeping box and he seems okay in there, was obviously somewhat awake. Glad he's okay.

My cough's got worse again unfortunately, I feel even more full of mucous and tickly pipes and I've knackered my throat in again so swallowing is painful. Guess I'll be back on the steam again later...

Also we've been to MFI for a kitchen design, which will merit its own post I think. And we've been to the local place too for the same thing. Looks like the spending of lots of money is fast approaching, but I don't see the point of getting a crappy cheap kitchen rather than a more expensive one that you'll be happy with, for the sake of a few quid. Well, a few grand. Whatever.
