The Prettiest Elf
Which book in the Lord of the Rings saga is your favorite? Which character do you find most enjoyable, and why? If you've never read the books, do you plan to do so or do they just not interest you?
I think I have read the books many, many moons ago. Do I remember them? No. Do I have vivid memory of all of the films. Yes. With that being said, I want to read (reread) the books. I plan to take an initiative to read through more literature this summer. I have a copy of The Hobbit, and figure I can just check out the local library to get copies.
As far as characters go, I am a fan of Aragon, Gimley and Legolas from the films. Need to back track on the literature to make a final determination if they will maintain favorite status.
Anyone have any other book recommendations that I can hunt for?
