NANOWRIMO... continuation...

So like with anything I do, I am fashionably late in getting stuff together on my novel. I hope to be able to correct that at some point later in the morning. I get out of work at about 7 am and will be trying to find a cafe or something that will be open to hammer out some pages. I have been having characters and dialogue playing through my head over the weekend but no time to jot down onto paper or type them up. Still working on a concrete plot as well as some other aspects for the storyline and such. Also trying to find out if there is a local meeting place for folks who are working on their novels. I did find out that my one friend is going to make the attempt at it this month. So if all else fails we are going to set up times to meet, chat, toss out our ideas and such. Buddy system at its finest.

Well, on another note, I packed a banana with my lunch. Lunch being the bacon wrapped ham & american cheese in a tortilla. Turns out that my make shift sandwich tasted like bananas. It was mildly perplexing. Here I am getting hints of ham and cheese, but mostly tasting banana. I was greatly amused.

I am sure that I will have more to jot down later once I complete my sign up of things. Also on my agenda is setting up apartment viewing appointments. There is one in particular that I have high hopes for and need to get on that ASAP. Of course the number I have to call is only available between 10 am to 10 pm. So I need to alter my sleep schedule to accommodate calling and going to see the place if it is available.

Looking forward to Wednesday. I made a reservation for Sugar's Tea Room for myself, mom and sister. It is bound to be a good time. We love that place. It is so cute and quaint. We get tea, scones, tea sandwiches and the atmosphere is just phenomenal. I can't wait. And while we are there, we need to schedule a reservation for their special event Christmas Tea. I was sad to have missed out on their last one, which was the Harry Potter Tea. Folks who went told me it was a blast. I went there Saturday with my friend and picked out what we later found out was called the "Sleeper" Hat. It was adorable and I am not on the look out to get one for myself. Hat obsessed much lately... of course not...

tea anybody, mad as a hatter, nanowrimo, wrirting fiend
