This week has been complicated.
I think I'm FINALLY making slight progress on this paper. We'll see, though. It's difficult to write a paper about law, public policy, divorce, and same sex marriage when I don't even know what the term "sex" MEANS anymore, or gay, or straight, or male or female or feminine or masculine or anything. Let's not even get me started on the Foucaultian notion of law...
