Because I have no life, and love TV.

Another TV Meme! Shut up I think they're fun.

TV MEME! Taken from userfuturesoon.

1. Name a TV show series in which you have seen every episode at least twice:

Supernatural, Boston Legal, CSI, Gilmore Girls, and in the old school section Due South and The Sentinel.

2. Name a show you can't miss:

Supernatural, Boston Legal (before the finale), NCIS, Chuck, and most recently The Mentalist and Merlin.

3. Name an actor that would make you more inclined to watch a show:

Anthony Stewart Head (goddamn you Merlin!). Jensen Ackles, Adam Baldwin, Justin Hartley, Michael Weatherly, Jared Padalecki (Supernatural anyone?).

4. Name an actor who would make you less likely to watch a show:

Hmmm, I don't think I dislike any *actor* that much, even if I hate the character I tend to respect the actor. Then again, see my icon.

5. Name a show you can, and do, quote from:

Gilmore Girls. Rather consistently. My sis and I do bits from it with each other.

6. Name a show you like that no one else enjoys:

People on my flist, or people in my family? On my flist, I got nothin'; in my family both The Mentalist and Merlin are mine, mine, mine, mine, mine. I used to share Heroes with my poppa, but the writer's out-cracked him at the beginning of "Villains" so it's mine now too.

Interestingly, Chuck used to be all mine until my dad came in to watch some before Heroes on night and got hooked.

7. Name a TV show which you've been known to sing the theme song:

I love theme songs to Disney cartoons, and 60's (and the occasional 70's) sitcom. I'm particularly fond of Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego, Tale Spin, Darkwing Duck, and The Mary Tyler Moore Show.

8. Name a show you would recommend everyone to watch:

Merlin! Fair warning it *will* eat your brain. However it is also the gayest show to have ever gayed. It has even knocked Smallville out of it's longstanding number one spot. Come, join us, the brain eating doesn't really hurt that much.

9. Name a TV series you own:

Firefly. Gilmore Girls. SGA, and a good portion of Stargate: SG-1. And I fully intend for Pushing Daisies Season 2 to join Season 1 on my shelf.

10. Name an actor who launched his/her entertainment career in another medium, but has surprised you with his/her acting chops in television:

Ray Wise as the Devil in Reaper (it's back in February, YAY!). Then again a good actor is a good actor. A good musician on the other hand, can be a crap actor. Therefore I give honorable mention to Dave Matthews' guest spot on house. Good work, from a good singer.

11. What is your favorite episode of your favorite series?

Supernatural: "In the Beginning". Damn.

Chuck: Chuck vs. the Nemesis. I like Bryce, sue me.

Doctor Who: "The Empty Child"/"The Doctor Dances" two parter. Chris Ecclesston rocks my world apart.

Boston Legal: "Patriot Acts", and the "Made in China"/"Last Call" two part series finale. I love the fact that my favorite guy/guy slashless relationship ends the way it does. It makes giggle, and then smile like a dope.

Merlin: "Excalibur" and "The Moment of Truth" share it. I say again, Damn.

12. Name a show you keep meaning to watch, but you just haven't gotten around to yet:

Ooooh. Um, Leverage. I just always forget to watch it. *shrugs*

13. Ever quit watching a show because it was so bad?

SGA. And I really thought nothing could stop my love for that show. Smallville for a long while, damn Justin Hartley's prettiness for bringing me back.

14. Name a show that's made you cry multiple times:

Supernatural (are we sensing a theme yet), Doctor Who, and Merlin. Boston Legal's made me tear up a few times, but never outright cry.

15. What do you eat when you watch TV?

Pretzel Nuggets, soda, occasionally ice cream or popcorn. Sometimes dinner.

16. How often do you watch TV?

I take the fifth. Next question.

17. What's the last TV show you watched?

The Mentalist, last night.

18. What's your favorite/preferred genre of TV?

Fantasy/supernatural style, or a crime procedural.

19. What was the first TV show you were obsessed with?

Buffy was the first fandom I read fic for. Power Rangers was the first show I would run from the bus stop for. Big Wolf on Campus was the fist show I actively slashed. I slashed it so much I got my sis to slash it too. ^_^

20. What TV show do you wish you never watched?

Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog. Remember that show? Yeah, nobody else does either.

21. What's the weirdest show you enjoyed?

Ooooh, or Big Wolf on Campus that was a kooky little show, and I still love the stuffing out of it.

22. What TV show scared you the most?

Supernatural. Weirdly, the demon/ghost stuff never gets to me. It's the urban legend crap that makes me all nervous to take the trash out after dark.

23. What is the funniest TV show you have ever watched?

Boston Legal. I have to tape it and watch it, less for the commercials, and more for having to pause while I laugh until I nearly pee my pants. Pushing Daisies is a close second though, let's hear it for intelligent humor.

So there you go. A little bit about me.

meme, i like t.v., personal
