A vet!?
So... sometimes I get asked why I speak whatever is on my mind... I'd just like to say now, that this is the logic I am working with day-to-day in Southern Illinois:
This is a sign as you enter the largest town near me (30 minutes away). Now... I don't blame ignorance... but damn... don't flaunt it. ;)
I pulled over and they were closed..so I wrote them a quick note (I didn't want the sign influencing any more people who were actually thinking about being open minded in southern illinois), the note stating:
Mind and Brain are synonyms, which means... they mean the same thing. Different words, same meaning.
If you tell people to close their minds it allows no new information to enter said mind and we will wind up with a great lot of people in this town who put up signs like you just did. So go find a good quote, because making up your own isn't working out for you.
I don't even know that they'll get it or change it, but when I pass it tomorrow I guess I'll see the results... I rarely trash talk, I think it's mostly useless... unless you try to undo what good actually is in my area, then it is necessary. :)
