I'm finally giving in to doing fitness the right way. All this time i spent trying to cheat the system I could have been to a goal weight five times. My new goal is 1.5 pounds per week for the next year. I'm not going to starve myself anymore, I'm going to eat when I'm hungry, but I'm going to eat well and follow the routines that Derick shows me. I have enough time before I start Reading Hospital to get myself into shape and then I will be happy to work my butt off studying and taking care of my home. This new resolution feels AMAZING!
