Meh, I'm procrastinating. Also, recycling stuff.
I need to clean the bathroom. I dislike cleaning bathrooms, but I need to do it anyway. *procrastinates some more*
So on Saturday I got a 45-gallon trash can with wheels (I really wanted the heavy-duty 65 gallon one, but Jonathan asked me to get a smaller one, so I did) for my recycling. I am a complete recycling fanatic. Especially for plastic. Which means that every week I HAVE to make sure to put out our recycling, because we fill our 13-gallon recycling "trash" can every week to the brim! And last week they didn't take my bag of recycling, probably b/c they thought it was trash. So since the pickup company was recently selling their own 65 gallon trash bins labelled "recycling" I decided that what I needed was one of my own. So I ended up with a generic smaller one, printed out some recycling symbols, and taped them on with clear packing tape. Success! My two-weeks'-worth of recycling, including a lot of carboard boxes, was taken. :3 Now if only the nearest county landfill outpost would have HHW collection day on Saturday rather than Sunday, 'cause I've got a florescent bulb and some electronics to give them. And some dead batteries. XP
Gah, I really need to get a good household chores routine down, so it can become a habit, and then I wouldn't procrastinate stuff. Like cleaning fish tanks and bathrooms. D: Gotta go do it, though. And tanks are best done in daylight!
