For the love of the gods and all that I hold sacred & just!
::sighs in exasperation::
I'm currently waiting for 6 report cards (yes people, that's Six Report Cards) from the printer so I can get on with my life. Insane, I know, but this time it's just not one agent, but I have reason to believe the whole team wants me to suffer. They've been failing one evaluation after another, and the way we do it, if an agent fails 3 consecutive times then s/he will get a report card. They have a month to shape up or their head will roll. The way I see it, their team leader isn't doing much in the way of agent support. I get nothing but apathy from him. If he refuses to respond to my emails then I have no choice but to escalate this matter to either my QA supervisor or to his Operations Manager.
Did I mention that this is after a stressful 2 hours and 35 minutes worth of team coaching?
