I had my second violin lesson yesterday. Yoshida-sensei is quite strict, but I think I'm getting a lot better - we worked on one of the parts of the Vivaldi piece I've been having trouble with and I finally managed to get it. It's still a little strange though, Oishi you're sure you didn't tell him anything other than I haven't had lessons for a ( Read more... )

Definitely. Not jet-lagged at all, either my body is more awesome than I thought or Sadaharu's juice was as amazing as he promised.

Inui-sama again?

Wonderful. I'll see you around noon, then. Welcome back.

Sounds great. And it's good to be back. Well mostly, minus the whole work thing and lack of Hawaiin beaches... but Hawaii didn't have all of you so it's good to be back for that.

Well, I suppose I understand that - Hawaii did sound pretty fantastic, so I suppose Lioncrest cant really measure up.

I...take it you missed us?

It was beyond fantastic. You should prod Oishi-sama into going sometime.

And Lioncrest has its good bits. Like most of my friends are here. And it's rarely boring. You should see some of the things I got for my birthday!

Oh, I couldn't! He's already paying for my music lessons, that's more than enough.

Rarely boring is putting it mildly I take it you got some nice gifts?

He doesn't have to give you Hawaii as a gift like Yuushi-sama did for me. Not many masters are quite that awesome. But if Oishi-sama goes to Hawaii for something, he'll probably bring you too since where goes you follow and all that jazz.

You could say that.

I doubt Oishi will be going to Hawaii for anything, Shishido. If only because Yuushi-sama went there

I'm glad.

That's lame. But I didn't think Yuushi-sama was either 'till he took me.

I'd show you some of them but Oishi-sama might blame Yuushi-sama somehow for corrupting me and corrupting you and kill me and my master.

I just don't think Oishi-sama is the type to take extravagant vacations.

Eh?

I bet he could with the right motivation.

That was me trying to be a bit polite in I got some very kinky birthday gifts but I can't show you those because Oishi-sama will flip out and kill us all.

And you think I can provide that kind of motivation, Shishido? Because I don't.

Oh.

I don't think he'd panic that bad - perhaps just the, ah, non-kinky gifts then?
