even toys are annoying
This is the randomest request ever.
Does anyone remember the name of the brand or what these toys were called?
They were building blocks type toys. Popular before Lego and Duplo. Say, about 20 years ago. They're not K-nex or Meccanow.
They're made of plastic, except for that white tubey rubber thingy with little squares... most commonly used to strap around the red round blocks to make tank tyres.
The terrible picture below should ring a bell. If not, then you probably aren't familiar with them and you didn't have a cousin brother who connected 50 big 'H' pieces together to create a plastic quarterstaff so that he could hit you from 12 feet away.
