-any Law and Order
-any reality programming of any kind

-Roan mountain tennesee
-panama city, florida
-gatlinburg, tennesee
-new york city, new york

-ichiban samurai's teriyaki steak. cooked mid-rare. num num.
-pot roast
-hashbrown casserole, ala hamburger helper
-and, for the fancy types, any light garlic pasta

-doing laundry at the house
