OMG Look at the huge feet. :-P

Not sure what you're going for on the eyes, I like the rest. Beach, water and sky are especially cool.

I'm not familiar with Harold Grey.
Actually it's part "little endless" (which was inspired by "sugar and spike") around the same time as Harold Gray, I think. And the rest of it was I thought they looked cute and I didn't want to draw lashes, pupils and all that jazz, I just like the color.
