 it's Tuesday, which is my birthday of course, and also Deadliest Catch day-- an added bonus. One of the few television shows I follow. One of the few shows that are worth following, really. I fangirl over this show

Wow, this was amazing to read. Have you considered having it published somewhere?

No; I just wrote it last night actually. Had to pause Deadliest Catch and jot it down since it was too late to call my parents. Usually stuff like this goes in my offline journal, but I couldn't seem to find it.

I haven't a clue where to think about publishing it, honestly. I follow fiction markets more closely than creative nonfic magazines.

Hmm. I don't know if I could submit it to This I Believe; they want 500 word statements and this is three times that.
